Guess i will not be able to understand the logic for the tonnes of readings given to us. Todday's quiz was a killer. Although i read through two of the required chapters of the text, i simply cant remember what i read. only vague impresssion. I thought through the logic of giving us overflow of unprecise information. Then it dawn on me that they should have a GCE "Tertiary" level. Yesh... only when there is competition, will the skool try to consolidate important and relevant points for the courses so as to ensure that their students do better than other students in other university. MOE says that they shouldnt be spoon feeding us and we should think creatively...but isnt giving us readings and textbks another way of spoonfeeding too? The only difference is that the information is not precise and consolidated. With all this readings, it is difficult to process the data coz there is simply no time. Well.. there might be argument on the fact that some people are doing very well even with this system.. but the important thing is.. do they have a wholesome university life?? The "work hard and play hard" attitude? well...of course there are some all rounders.. but very very few. There is always a trade off between work and play. Well maybe u can say that i am plain lazy...but yeah the readings are killing mi. After reading one long chapter or article, all i feel is relief, i have no desire to analyse the data anymore. Haha...maybe i should just work harder. Oh btw i got into KPMG for my PA. Quite happy that i got through the interview.
